When you hire Revolve Construction, the crew that shows up to your home has been trained by us, works for us, and answers to us. That is not as common in roofing as you might expect — and the difference matters more than most homeowners realize until they have a problem to resolve.
Built In-House, Not Outsourced
The exterior contracting industry runs heavily on subcontracting. A company wins your bid, then hands the work to a crew it does not directly employ — often people the salesperson has never met. Quality control, communication, and post-project accountability all suffer in that model.
Revolve operates differently. Our roofing crews, siding crews, and project managers are W-2 employees or long-term direct hires — not day laborers assembled per job. They install to the same standards every time because they were trained to those standards by Revolve and by the manufacturers who certify us.
That means when you call a year after installation with a question, the same team that installed your roof is still here. We pull the project file, look at the photos, and take responsibility — not because we contractually must, but because this is our community and our reputation.

Our Roofing & Siding Crews
Most projects involve three distinct roles working in coordination:
Install Crew
The hands-on field team performing roof tear-off, decking inspection, underlayment, flashing, and shingle or panel installation. Each crew lead is trained in the specific installation requirements of our manufacturer certifications.
Repair Specialists
A dedicated team for roof repairs, emergency tarping after storm events, and warranty callback work. Separating repair work from new installation keeps scheduling tight and ensures the right skill set is on each job type.
Project Managers
Project managers are the single point of contact between homeowner, crew, and supplier. They handle material ordering, permit coordination, schedule management, and the final walkthrough before every job is called complete.
Training, Certifications & Continuing Education
Manufacturer certifications are not one-time badges — they require periodic re-certification and ongoing compliance with updated installation standards. Revolve maintains active certifications across all four major product lines we install, which means our crews are trained to current manufacturer specifications, not specifications from five years ago.
GAF Contractor Certification Training
GAF's certification program includes installation training on their full roofing system — shingles, underlayment, starter strips, ridge cap, and ventilation. Certified status requires passing installation assessments and maintaining quality compliance. Revolve holds GAF Certified status.
Owens Corning Preferred Contractor Program
OC Preferred status requires demonstrated installation competency, insurance verification, and customer satisfaction standards. Revolve is an active Owens Corning Preferred contractor, qualifying our customers for OC's enhanced system warranty tiers.
CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster
CertainTeed's Select ShingleMaster designation requires installation training across the CertainTeed product line and ongoing compliance review. This certification unlocks CertainTeed's 4-Star Warranty and the Integrity Roof System warranty program.
James Hardie Preferred Remodeler
James Hardie's preferred contractor program includes product-specific installation training covering fiber cement cutting techniques, proper fastening, moisture management, and ColorPlus finish handling. Preferred status is required to register the 30-year non-prorated product warranty for customers.
OSHA Safety Training
Roofing is a high-fall-risk trade. Our crew leadership carries OSHA 10-hour training certifications, and we operate with fall-protection protocols on every job site. Safety compliance is not optional — it is part of how we protect both our crews and your property.
